Deze samenwerking combineert geavanceerde software voor cliënt- en kliniekbeheer van Clinicminds met de toonaangevende huidanalyse van de Observ 520x. Dankzij deze integratie werk je efficiënter, bespaar je tijd en verbeter je de cliëntervaring. De Observ koppeling met Clinicminds maakt je workflow eenvoudiger, klantgegevens synchroon, minder fouten, betere beleving.
Key benefits of integration:
- Client registration with one click: Easily add existing clients from Clinicminds to Sylton Connect without duplicate entry.
- Seamless workflow: Open client profiles directly from Clinicminds in the Observ app for fast and efficient skin analysis.
- Future updates: Soon, important images from skin analyses will be directly visible in Clinicminds. Sylton is actively working on developing this.
Current functionalities and future improvements:
- iPad functionality: Currently, direct transfer from a client in Clinicminds to the Sylton iPad app is not yet available. However, you can easily open the ObserviPad app and search by name or client number. There will soon be an update to Sylton's iPad app that will enable this automatic switch.
- Data Management and AVG Compliance: Photos and skin scans are primarily stored in Sylton Connect to take advantage of the advanced imaging technology. No duplicate data entry is required, and both systems are fully compliant with AVG regulations.
- Photo import: Currently, photos and scans are not yet automatically transferred from Sylton Connect to Clinicminds. In a future update to the Observ 520x app, it will be possible to easily import highlighted images.
